It’s an exciting time to be a winemaker in Australia, according to TarraWarra Estate winemaker Adam McCallum. “The wine industry is not prepared to be pigeonholed,” McCallum said.
“They’re planting Pinot Gris, Nebbiolo, Roussanne — it’s quite refreshing.
